Darci Bentson is an accomplished healthcare executive with over two decades of experience in healthcare innovation and strategic leadership. She is currently based in Bozeman, Montana. Darci holds a Juris Doctorate and MBA from Gonzaga University, along with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington Foster School of Business. Her academic background and practical experience make her highly capable of navigating the complex landscape of healthcare strategy and operations.

In her previous role at Bozeman Health, Darci served as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer. During her tenure, she played a critical role in the system's growth, improving system revenue, responding adeptly to healthcare challenges during the global pandemic, and developing a network of over 400 physicians and partners to engage in value-based care initiatives. Before that, as a Healthcare Attorney at Crowley Fleck, she worked collaboratively with clients, focusing on innovative, effective, client-centric solutions. Darci also developed and implemented the organization's first compliance plan and program and led an enterprise-wide patient safety initiative that resulted in a 55% reduction in serious safety events.

Outside of work, Darci enjoys hiking Montana's trails, attending live sports events and concerts, traveling to new destinations, cooking, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
