Edie Willey, DSS
Meet the Team
Edie Willey is a positive, heart-centered, and proactive change leader with over 20 years of experience developing strategies for culture, human capital, workforce design, organizational development, and leadership development. Edie was previously the Chief People Officer for Bozeman Health, where she managed human resources, culture transformation, internal communications, clinical, leadership and professional development, spiritual health, volunteers, and board governance.
Edie has dual master's degrees in consulting psychology and organizational development from the California School of Professional Psychology, now known as Alliant University. She also holds a doctorate in spiritual science from the Peace Theological Seminary and College of Philosophy.
Her expertise includes designing and implementing solutions to enhance team performance, leadership development, strategic planning, program evaluations, and coaching. Edie is passionate about developing influential leaders, cultural transformation, and organizational development. In addition to her professional work, she volunteers with Freedom to Choose to participate in empowerment programs for women and men incarcerated in California state penitentiaries.
Edie lives in Bozeman, Montana, with her husband Winston, "Win," and their two dogs. She is an avid outdoorsperson, traveler, and cook. She enjoys hiking, Nordic skiing, fly fishing, working in her food forest, and tending to her chickens as a student of permaculture. Edie and Win enjoy trying new recipes inspired by what is growing in their garden or what is in season in the forests around them.
