John Hill is a Founder and Principal of Healthcare Consensus Partners. He possesses over 25 years of executive experience and is an influential CEO who leads by example. Known to have an inclusive and authentic approach to leadership, John takes pride in helping other leaders achieve transformative results during defining moments. He is a nationally sought-after speaker, executive coach, and strategic and operational advisor, and through innovative and experiential techniques, he empowers high-performing leaders to increase their impact.

John's executive experience ranges from nationally recognized for-profit and non-profit health systems in highly competitive urban markets to rural community hospitals and physician group healthcare sectors. He has held various leadership positions, such as the former CEO of Bozeman Health, Senior Vice President and CEO at PeaceHealth Oregon West Network, President and CEO at HCA's Medical Center of Aurora/Centennial Medical Plaza, and Chief Operating Officer of HCA's Medical City - Dallas.

John earned a Master of Business Administration from the W.A. Franke College of Business and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the College of Biological Sciences at Northern Arizona University. He is a 20-year Fellow of the American Society of Healthcare Executives.

John resides on a small farm in Gallatin Gateway, Montana, with his life partner, Michelle Skinner, two wire-haired pointing griffons, and a flock of Icelandic chickens. He enjoys exploring Montana's wilderness destinations and scuba diving in the Caribbean Sea.
